DELIVERIES
Free delivery for purchases over 140 Euros; your purchase will be courier delivered at your address within 24 hours.
Free delivery for purchases over 70 Euros within the Spanish territory; you will receive your purchase within 72 hours. You may have it delivered at your address within 24 hours for an additional charge of 4 Euros.
For purchases under 70 Euros within the Iberian Peninsula, delivery within 72 hours will involve an additional charge of 4.50 Euros. Purchases may be courier delivered within 24 hours for an additional fee of 7.50 Euros.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES will be charged according to the table below; you may receive your purchase in your requested country and address.
RETURN POLICY
CHRISTENING GOWNS AND CHRISTENING AND CEREMONY ACCESSORIES
Models 13 75 1001 4, 13 75 1002 4, 13 75 1003 4, 13 75 1004 4, 13 75 1005 4 and 14 75 1012 4 may only be exchanged for other christening gowns within 7 days maximum and they must be in perfect condition and duly tagged. The return and further shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
All other articles may be returned within 7 days of receipt of the purchase. NAYFER will bear the return costs by regular post, but not by other means of transportation, once it has verified the perfect condition of the returned goods in their original packaging.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between NAYFER and the USER will be governed by the Spanish legislation and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of the city of Oviedo.
